BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a collaborative work methodology for the management of infrastructure projects in the telecommunications sector through a digital model. This digital model forms a large database that allows managing the elements that are part of the infrastructure throughout the asset’s life cycle.
BIM modeling
Grupo LPS develops parametric models based on the BIM Methodology for the telecommunications sector, taking into account the use of the model and for any type of level of definition or development (LOD). We model complete projects from the beginning or build as-built models from existing documentation in 2D (plans, photographs, inventories, etc.) or 3D (point clouds or mesh)
BIM objects
Another of the services in which we work at LPS are BIM objects, which consist of digitizing elements and entering data to create parametric families (.rfa) that can be loaded in Revit.

We specialize in creating families with their own attributes that represent the physical construction elements to be managed or controlled. The families of the virtual models can be connected to one or different database records and allow to store information of different kinds.
