A continuous evaluation
In addition to the mentoring process, there are a series of control records (forms) for both junior staff and trainers. In the case of newly incorporated personnel, it includes the evaluation part of how the learning process is going, treatment of the tutor, experience, etc. and in the part of the trainer, how is the person who has in the process, attitude, aptitude, learning level, etc
